Processing Time All of our products are handcrafted in our workshop. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Personalized or custom orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Items We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
